Federal Enrollment System

Design an enrollment system for citizens applying to a trusted user program. Applicants applying to the program must verify their identity to undergo a formal background investigation. The system must be capable of safeguarding sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) and integrate with biometric technology.

• Mobile responsive web application for new enrollments, renewals and post-enrollment account management

• Onsite tablet application that manages scheduling, application review, document scanning, photo and fingerprint submission

I was the Lead User Experience Designer for the program. I conducted user research, defined personas, led interaction design workshops, created lo-fidelity prototypes, conducted usability tests, led client workshops and presentations, and contributed to the design of hi-fidelity prototypes along with my team of UX designers.
